The room was spacious and offered great views of the

ocean, creating a perfect setting for our getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the A/C could have worked better during our stay, and the dining options, while good, were sometimes repetitive.

I had an amazing time, especially enjoying the beachfront dining with fresh, delicious food and the exceptional variety at the buffet. The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for relaxation! Absolutely a place I would choose again.

More accessible bathrooms near the pool would help greatly.

I loved my stay in the Junior Suite Ocean View. The views were stunning and the room was spacious. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring we had everything we needed. The dining options were fantastic, with quality food at every restaurant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌅

During our stay, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the pool, which appeared dirty. Additionally, we felt unwelcome as returning guests. they put us in a low floor room despite requesting a high one in advance. Charging us for a late checkout left us feeling undervalued.

This was just a great fit for a brief visit in Cancun with good value. The themed parties were a blast, especially the bubble poolside party! Make sure to reserve a cabana early to enjoy the best spots on the beach.

Diving into the dining scene at Hyatt Zilara was a wild ride! The international dishes at Pelicanos blew my taste buds away with their magical combinations. And can we talk about the friendly staff? They’re the heart of this place, always ready with a smile. Beachfront access was a total cherry on top, making every meal an experience!

However, the drinks could use some oomph. they felt a tad watered down. Also, the constant push for upsells on premium drinks and meals could rub some gourmands the wrong way. A bit of a buzzkill for a relaxing getaway!

The entire experience was fantastic, especially the evening shows and friendly atmosphere. The room was immaculate, offering stunning ocean views and a cozy hammock on the balcony. Traveling with my son's autism support dog was seamless, as they ensured our needs were met throughout the stay.

In my wife’s opinion, better cooling in the lobby would enhance comfort during evening entertainment.

Couple’s getaway, almost perfect!

One thing I really enjoyed was the way the staff treated us like kings and queens. Very attentive. Especially the pool attendants. I swear one guy was like a magician, always appearing with drinks just as I finished my last one. And the food was top-notch, I mean everything we tried was just delicious, but that lasagna. wow.

The price was steep but considering the experience, it was still worth it.
